The Seasons Updates COVID-19 Visitation Policy

April 12, 2021 – Due to the decline of COVID-19 positive cases in our community, The Seasons Assisted Living will once again be changing protocols to protect our patients while also allowing visitation.


Effective immediately The Seasons will begin allowing visitors provided individuals meet the following requirements:


1. All COVID-19 negative Residents are now allowed to have indoor and outdoor visitors. a. Visitors must contact The Seasons at (806) 648-1884 to schedule all visits.


2. All Visitors must do a COVID-19 Screen prior to any visits.


3. Screenings are located at the front desk a. No signs and symptoms of COVID-19 i. Fever (greater than 100.4F or 38.0C), Cough, Shortness of Breath, Difficulty

Breathing, Congestion, Chills, Runny Nose, Headache, Sore Throat, Diarrhea,

Loss of Taste or Smell and/or Muscle Pain b. Have not been in close contact with anyone (Friend, Family Member, Neighbor,

Teacher, Babysitter, Coworker) who has tested positive for COVID-19 within the last

14 days.


Masks must be worn by all visitors for the entire visit and facemasks must cover both the nose and the mouth. Both the resident and visitor must wash their hands and/or use hand sanitizer before and after a visit. Hand Sanitizer is available at the front door at the time of screening, at the door of each resident’s apartment and can be found throughout the building. Residents may choose to have close or personal contact with their visitor during the visit, however, visitors must maintain physical distancing - of six (6) feet or more - between themselves and all other persons in the facility.


The Seasons may revisit this policy at any time due to prevalence of COVID in the community or in our facility, staffing levels and PPE supplies. As always, we will remain diligent in the care, transmission and prevention of COVID-19.
