Since joining our Rural Health Clinic in October, Susan has been actively engaging with new patients and immersing herself in the operations of our facility. Her commitment to providing exceptional care and building strong relationships within our community is truly commendable. We are excited to have her expertise and compassionate approach back in our clinic, enhancing the quality of healthcare we offer to our patients.

She firmly believes that teamwork is crucial in rural healthcare, treasuring the unique bonds that flourish in this close-knit environment.
Outside of her professional life, Susan is a passionate outdoors enthusiast. She revels in activities such as hiking, shooting, and hunting. Additionally, she values the quieter moments spent on home projects, indulging in reading, learning, and enjoying live music alongside her husband, Dr. Childers. Susan humorously notes that her dog, Scout, takes charge of most of her free time, adding a delightful touch to her life.
